AFFORD has a commitment to schools in its greater area geographical to ensure that teachers, parents and carers of students with disability are informed of the skills development, job and accommodation opportunities available to them.
School representatives and students are invited to visit and/or gain work experience at AFFORD Packaging factories, or attend open days at AFFORD Day Programs sites and the AFFORD Sensory Centre.
If you are referencing a school leaver with disability, AFFORD Link staff can help direct you to the relevant government agencies needed to access entry into disability support programs.
