Afford believes strongly in the positive impact of a healthy lifestyle and relationships, which is why we launched an innovative social club, Club Afford. Club Afford is a unique opportunity for Afford clients to engage in social activities, outings and programs with peers, outside of the usual supports they access. With a full calendar of outings and a rotation of various skill building opportunities, Club Afford is a place for people to make new friends, explore new interests and just hang out!
Whatever support you need to keep your health and wellbeing on track, Afford cares about working with you to develop and access the right plan for you.
At Afford, we take a whole-of-life approach to disability supports.
We can help you across all areas of your life – at home, at work, for social networks and for your health and well being.
