Our Windsor Hub provides people with disabilities access to a range of social and recreational activities. We provide one-on-one support and group-based programs tailored to meet your needs and goals. Our community hubs are a safe and comfortable space for you to make friends, learn important life skills, and have fun.

Afford’s Program of Supports
Afford’s Program of Supports is focused on skill development and positive outcomes that work towards achieving your goals.
It is delivered as a 12-week term to provide you with structure and consistency. The program will offer a range of activities that you can do in the community or in one of our hubs.
Afford’s Program of Supports is an opportunity to:
- Identify your goals and keep track of your progress
- Get involved in the community
- Meet new people and make friendships
- Learn important life skills
- Be more confident and improve your self-esteem
- Explore new interests and try new things

This SIL house is wheelchair accessible and is spacious with a large accessible kitchen, dining room, family room, and a separate lounge room. The bathroom has a ceiling hoist, and each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The backyard includes a beautiful garden with fruit trees and an outdoor entertainment area.
Eschol Park NSW 2558
This SIL house is wheelchair accessible with two spacious living rooms and accessible bathrooms. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The backyard has a lovely view with gardens and a garage gym. This SIL house is close to public transport, shops, hospital, and parks.
Glenmore Park NSW 2745
This spacious house features a formal lounge and dining area, open-plan family room and separate rumpus room. It also has a renovated kitchen with Caesarstone benches, stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop.
