Specialist disability accommodation is funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) when you need to live in a home with a high level of support.

Board and lodging
NDIS SDA funding is for the house itself. It does not include everyday living costs such as rent, food or bills. These can be paid using your Disability Support Pension,Commonwealth Rent Assistance, or other income sources.
