An Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) is a business that offers meaningful jobs to people with disability. ADEs operate like other businesses but with an added mission: to support employees who need support at work by creating inclusive, safe and empowering jobs and workplaces.

Who can work at an ADE?
You may be eligible to work with an ADE if you:
- Have a disability and need extra support to work
- Are aged 18 years or older
- Can work at least a few hours each day
- Are receiving, or are eligible for, the Disability Support Pension (DSP)
- Have an NDIS plan that includes employment supports.

FAQs
An ADE is a supported workplace that provides meaningful employment for people with disability. It operates like any other business but offers extra support so that people can learn, grow and shine at work.
You must be aged 18 or over, have a disability and need extra support to work at an ADE. You might also need to receive the Disability Support Pension (DSP) or have an NDIS plan that includes employment supports.
ADEs offer a range of roles depending on your interests and abilities. Some things we do are packaging, bulk mailing, bundle wrapping, distribution, collation and mail-outs. We will always match you to a job that suits your skills and goals.
Yes. Everyone employed through an ADE earns wages based on their role, hours, and level of support required. You’ll receive fair and regular pay in line with the law.
Our ADE is in Ingleburn, NSW. We work with some of Australia’s leading brands to provide distribution services. The people that work there tell us they are happy at work. We make sure we give our employees that support that they want and need to let their talents shine at work.
