If you live in South Australia and want to learn more about disability supports, get NDIS advice and connect with providers from across the state, head to the Adelaide Disability Expo at The Lights Community and Sports Centre on Thursday, 13th May.

The Adelaide Disability Expo is South Australia’s first event dedicated to connecting locals, their families and carers with disability providers and supports that cater to people of all abilities and  ages. Bonus, entry is FREE!

Afford has expanded services into South Australia after realising that locals needed more choice in disability supports. We have opened Day Program, Short Term Accommodation, Supported Accommodation and Allied Health services across South Australia. Now, we’re staging the Adelaide Disability Expo to focus on supporting South Australians with disability.

Adelaide Disability Expo exhibitors offer a wide range of supports in housing, in-home care, community access, employment, Allied Health and much more. Expo attendees can connect directly to exhibitors about their individual needs, access information about assistive technology and get advice about making the most of their NDIS plan.

“The event will give individuals with disability, their families and carers the chance to connect face to face with providers. Attendees can get the advice they need to live the life they want under the NDIS,” said Afford Adelaide Customer Care Manager, Brenton Munzer.

“The NDIS has rolled out across South Australia, but there are many people who may be eligible for NDIS but just don’t know where to start.”

“Some people may be hesitant to change providers or aren’t quite sure of the options available. This expo is the first event dedicated to showcasing disability supports, so people living with disability and their carers can get advice and make informed choices about their future NDIS supports.”

The Adelaide Disability Expo, presented by Afford, is a FREE event and will be held on Thursday, 13th May 2021, from 10am to 4pm at The Lights Community and Sports Centre (East Parkway, Lightsview, SA).
