Afford is excited to unveil our vibrant new look and feel – a bold reflection of who we are and the relationships we value most: with our clients, their families and the support teams who help make every day meaningful.

Our brand refresh is unique but not just because of its cool colours and fun shapes. It’s also unique in the way it was created. You see, it was created by you. Our employees, clients, families and sector stakeholders were there every step of the way. There’s also our new tagline – Good Friends. Great Adventures. And that tagline … also created by you.

“From the very start, we knew this had to be a co-designed process,” says our CEO, Jo Toohey. “We didn’t want to design something in isolation and then ask our clients and their support networks to give feedback at the end. We wanted everyone involved from day one, because your experiences, your stories and your perspectives are at the heart of everything we do.”

Designed for you, by you

This collaborative approach has ensured our new brand isn’t just about colours and fonts – it’s about feeling. Joyful, approachable and empowering, our refreshed identity reflects the warmth, fun and optimism that defines Afford. “We wanted a brand that feels like us, like our clients and like the relationships we build every day,” Ms Toohey explains.

The launch of our new look is also a moment to look forward. “We’re re-energised, motivated and excited. We’re looking forward to creating opportunities, building connections and making sure everyone we support feels included, valued and empowered. This new brand is a symbol of that energy and our commitment to doing things differently – with you, not for you.”

Bold, bright and a lot of fun

Already, feedback from clients, staff and families has been overwhelmingly positive. The bright, bold colours, playful design and messaging show that Afford is not just here to provide services. We’re here to create experiences, build friendships and support our clients in the way they want us to.

With our new brand in place, Afford enters 2026 with renewed energy, creativity, and optimism. We’re not just celebrating a new look – we’re celebrating a shared vision, a commitment to collaboration and the exciting possibilities that lie ahead for everyone connected to Afford.
