Drop-in community support
Our drop-in community supports are for people with disability who want the freedom to stay in their own home while getting the supports they need. That might be help around the house, support to do the shopping or getting out into the community together. You bring your independence and goals, and we bring the support to make it happen. Because life is better with a little backup.

How to pay for drop-in community support
NDIS funding information
Drop-in community support can be linked to these support categories in your NDIS plan:
- Assistance with daily life (core)
- Increased social and community participation (capacity building)
- Improved daily living skills (capacity building)
- Improved learning (capacity building)
Self-funded
You do not have to have government-approved funding packages to access our disability supports and services. Self-funded is a way you can pay for services with your own money. Sometimes self-funded is called fee-for-service.
Being self-funded gives you the flexibility to access the supports you need if you have a one-off request, or if your government funding package does not cover what you need. You can also self-fund supports while you wait for a funding package to be approved.
