Explore First Session Free T&CsOffer Description
- This promotion entitles eligible participants to one (1) complimentary Explore session with Australian Foundation for Disability (Afford).
- The session is provided free of charge and has no cash value.
- The session may be redeemed between 8am and 6pm, Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays). The session will last between four (4) to six (6 hours).
- Only weekday daytime supports are covered at the standard daytime rate. The session must include community-based supports only. It cannot be redeemed for in-home supports.
Eligibility
- Open only to clients who have not received community-based supports from Australian Foundation for Disability (Afford) in the past twelve (12) months.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Participants must have signed a Service Agreement that includes Explore with Australian Foundation for Disability (Afford) to redeem the free session.
- The free trial can only be redeemed by clients whose residential address is in the following local government areas (LGAs) in Australia.

Free sessions must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.

Only one session can be redeemed per person.
Booking Requirements
- The free session must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
- The session must be redeemed within seven (7) days of commencing the Explore program with Australian Foundation for Disability (Afford).
- Only one free session per person is permitted.
Cancellations & No‑Shows
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Failure to attend a booked session or late cancellation will result in forfeiture of the free session.
- Missed sessions cannot be rebooked or transferred.
Client onboarding and Service Agreement
- The free session can only be offered to clients who have a signed Service Agreement with Afford that includes Explore.
- These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Service Agreement. All terms, conditions, rights and responsibilities as set out in the Service Agreement apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Session
- The free session covers supports only. Any costs that are incurred as a result of the client’s choice of activity are to be funded by the client.
Non‑Transferable & Non‑Redeemable
- The free session is non-transferable, non‑refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
Marketing & Follow‑Up
- By redeeming this offer, you agree that Australian Foundation for Disability (Afford) may contact you after the session to discuss feedback.
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Right to Modify or Withdraw
- Australian Foundation for Disability (Afford) reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice, where reasonably necessary.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
