Each villa has been thoughtfully designed with spacious open-plan living, modern kitchens, light-filled interiors and generous bedrooms with private ensuites. How to pay for SDA

NDIS Funding Information

Specialist disability accommodation works with a few different funded NDIS supports.

When the NDIS is deciding if SDA is right for you, it thinks about what other supports you need and how they will work together. It only funds SDA if it is a better option for your disability support needs than other supports alone.

You only need SDA if you need to live in a specialised home and you need very high levels of person-to-person support.

Board and lodging

The NDIS SDA support package does not include rent and boarding costs. You can pay for these costs with your Disability Support Pension, Commonwealth Rent Assistance, or other sources of income you may have.
