Bankstown:
Inclusive Employment Australia is a government-funded program that supports people with disability, injury or illness to get ready for, find and stay in work. It replaced the Disability Employment Services (DES) program in 2025 and connects people to work that’s meaningful and long-term.
You can join IEA if you have a disability, injury or health condition that affects your ability to work. You have to be of working age, able to take part in work and hold Australian citizenship, permanent residency or an eligible visa.
IEA offers guidance for every stage of employment, from resume writing and interview practice to workplace modifications and on-the-job training. Once you’re working, your consultant will stay in touch to make sure your role continues to suit you.
Joining is easy. You can apply online, call us or visit one of our offices in Western Sydney. Our team will check your eligibility, introduce you to your consultant and start building your job plan together.
