What is individualised living options (ILO)?
Individualised living options (ILO) gives you the freedom to choose where you live, how you live and who you live with. ILO is all about tailored support. With ILO, we support you to live as independently as possible. You decide if you want to live on your own, with a housemate, with a host family or with friends. Then together we will find or create a home that feels just right for you.

NDIS funding information
To be eligible for support with individualised living options from the NDIS, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over, or 17 and thinking about how you want to live in the future
- Need support at home for at least 6 hours each day
- Be ready to explore your home and living needs and goals.
The NDIA will consider your eligibility and make sure any ILO supports meet the NDIS funding criteria before they fund it in your plan.
You can talk to your support coordinator or Local Area Coordinator if you want to learn more.
Visit the individualised living options page on the NDIS website to learn more about ILO and the NDIS.
Self-funded
You do not have to have government-approved funding packages to access our disability supports and services. Self-funded is a way you can pay for services with your own money. Sometimes self-funded is called fee-for-service.
This gives you the flexibility to access the supports you need if you have a one-off request, or if your government funding package does not cover what you need. You can also self-fund supports while you wait for a funding package to be approved.
We offer ILO all around Australia.
