1.Entry is open to current Afford clients, or their family member or guardian, who complete the Afford Client and Carer Survey between 24 August and 4 September 2026 and share their personal contact details in the survey. 2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, reside in Australia, and be currently engaged with an Afford service at the time of entry. 3. Entry is free and limited to one entry per eligible participant. 4. One (1) $500 gift card is available to be won and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 5. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period on 2 October 2026. 6. The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided in the survey within five (5) business days of the draw. 7. The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification; if the prize is not claimed within this period, Afford reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant, subject to applicable laws. 8. Personal information collected through the survey will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and Afford’s Privacy Policy. 9. By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 10. Afford reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, and Afford’s decision regarding the prize draw is final.
