How it works

Getting started with in-home support is easy.

Contact us right-arrowright-arrow

1

We’ll have a friendly chat about what you’d like support with at home. This could include personal care, cooking, cleaning or travel. Together, we’ll make a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

2

You’ll be matched with a caring disability support worker in Brisbane who understands what matters to you. You can choose how often they visit and what they support you with, so you always feel comfortable and in control.

3

Once everything is ready, your NDIS support worker will start visiting to assist with your daily tasks. We’ll check in regularly to make sure things are going well and adjust your support as your needs or goals change.

FAQs

In-home support gives you support with every day tasks like personal care, cooking, cleaning and other chores. It can also include support to get ready for work or attend appointments. The goal is to make your life at home easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable while supporting you to build confidence and independence.

We start by listening and learning what matters most in your day. Your disability support worker in Brisbane will plan support for your goals, interests and comfort level. You can choose what support you’d like, when it happens and how it’s done. As your goals change, your plan can change too, so your support always feels right for you.

We come to you, wherever you may be in Brisbane. Support can happen wherever you feel comfortable, like in your own home, at work or out in the community.
