What is supported independent living, or SIL?
Supported independent living (SIL) is an NDIS support package that helps people with disability live more independently. You can live in your own place or share a home with others who have similar goals.
At Afford, we know that independence is different for everyone. For some people, independence means cooking dinner with a friend or having a lift to the shops. For others, it means having someone nearby to lend a hand or share a laugh when the day gets tricky.
SIL can include help with everyday chores like cleaning, cooking and personal care. It can also include getting involved with the community or going to fun events. Tell us what matters most to you, and we’ll help make it happen.
Our friendly team will help you find the right housemates in our comfortable SIL in Redland Bay. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable, confident and connected wherever you live.
