Explore your own way

Explore gives you the chance to plan a week filled with fun, learning and friendship. It’s an alternative to disability day programs in Sydney that match your interests, hobbies and goals.

Some people like to be active and join group fitness classes, bowling clubs or community outings. Others love relaxing with art, cooking or games with friends. You can build your own timetable and try different activities each week.

We’ll be there to make sure you have the proper support and plenty of encouragement to try something new and make some friends along the way.
