Life feels easier when things are running smoothly. We’re here to make home life more comfortable and enjoyable.
You decide what support you need and when you’d like it. Whether you need support every day or just now and then, we’ll work together to make sure you feel cared for and confident at home.

How to pay for in-home support
NDIS funding information
If you have an NDIS plan, there are two types of NDIS funding that you can access to use our in-home support.
- Assistance with social and community participation – part of your core support budget
- Assistance with personal and self-care activities
Self-funded
You do not have to have government-approved funding packages to access our disability supports and services. Self-funded is a way you can pay for services with your own money. Sometimes self-funded is called fee-for-service.
This gives you the flexibility to access the supports you need if you have a one-off request, or if your government funding package does not cover what you need. You can also self-fund supports while you wait for a funding package to be approved.
In-home support helps with everyday tasks like personal care, cooking and cleaning. It makes home life more comfortable and gives you more time and energy for the things you enjoy. Many people find that having help with chores makes a big difference to how they feel at home.
Every person is different. Your disability support worker in Western Sydney will take time to learn what matters most to you. They’ll plan your support around your goals, comfort and routine. If your needs change, we’ll update your support to match. Everything is about supporting you to live comfortably at home.
