Have your say in our client impact survey
Making a real difference in the lives of people with disability is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re launching our first client impact survey, and we want to hear from you! Whether you’re an Afford client or a representative (such as a parent, sibling, friend, carer, public trustee, guardian, or other designated person), your feedback will help us create a brighter, more inclusive future.
When and how to participate
Why measuring impact matters
Measuring impact is more than just checking off performance indicators or reviewing customer experience surveys. While these metrics are important, they don’t tell the full story. At Afford, we are focused on understanding how our services improve lives—whether it’s supporting human rights, providing personalised care, or creating a sense of belonging in the community.
This survey is specifically designed to capture these deeper insights. By listening to your experiences, we can better understand what’s working and where we can improve. The ultimate goal? To make lasting, meaningful changes that truly enhance the lives of the people we support.
Independently managed for fairness and privacy
To ensure the process is unbiased, our 2024 Impact Survey is being run independently by Elevate Impact. This guarantees that your responses are completely anonymous, allowing you to share your thoughts freely and honesty.
Why direct feedback from clients and representatives is key
Hearing directly from you – our clients and representatives – gives us the most valuable understanding of how our efforts affect your day-to-day life. It helps us see beyond the numbers and focus on what really matters: improving your life and ensuring you feel valued and connected within the community.
